Rentals

Outside of school hours, VCS offers long-term rental opportunities to external groups interested in utilizing our premises in a manner compatible with our mission and values, and over extended periods.

While we are not able to accommodate short-term rentals, we welcome inquiries from groups seeking the use of our premises outside of school hours for a period of five months or more. Groups must:

Demonstrate alignment with VCS’ values,
Provide a Certificate of Insurance naming VCS as an additional insured,
Sign a rental agreement and provide payment in advance of the rental term,
Pay a refundable damage deposit, and
Submit rental requests a minimum of 30 days prior to the first requested use of the facility.

Please note that meeting this criteria does not guarantee approval, as school programming takes priority.
